'Batman 3' Will Begin in February 2009?!?!

There are several rumors going around that pre-production on the next Nolan/Batman will commence in February 2009. That could possibly mean the movie will shoot next summer. None of this has been confirmed officially as of yet, but our sources seem to be pretty reliable. This was totally unexpected and I honestly can't possibly believe the next Batman would start so soon. Right?
