Captain Blasto

Captain Blasto is the story of a high school outcast who stages fake robberies which he can foil in the guise of his childhood comic book hero.

This series is interesting, to say the least. It has a film noir quality to it…something reminiscent of the comic serials of the 40's and 50's. There are some very cool things done by integrating comic book style panels and word boxes that give it a unique flair…something that Ang Lee tried with the original Hulk movie, but failed miserably with. It has a sense of humor too, and looks to be a series with heart.

We're looking forward to more from these guys…they've got style and potential!
