GuardianofChaos Says Wasaaaaaaaaahhh!

My fellow compatriots seem to have made it standard that I should introduce myself as a new writer to the site.  Far too long have I hid in the shadows.  Or was it a week?  I'm not too sure.  Irregardless I shall be a voice from the realm of plastic, vinyl, and other such materials.  Namely I LIKE TOYS HOLY CRAP!  I come from a world where there are never enough shelves or dioramas with which to place my poseable pride and joys. 

"Guardian", you may ask, "what's the point of collecting toys".  To that I respond "How the frell did you get in my house!?"  Then I shall sic my minions upon thee and laugh with glee as they…don't…move.  But cast not your eyes downward.  Instead cast them upon the glory of the shelves.  Here is where you shall find a visual feast.  Statues, figures, toys, and busts. Ha ha busts. 

All my life I have collected toys.  I say collect because I never really played with my toys.  Perhaps it was due to a lack of imagination.  Damn vidyagames.  Instead I found myself check marking backs of boxes as I collected each and every piece of the puzzles that were the various toy lines.  I would spend hours creating elaborate dioramas and setting my toys up in epic battles within their respected lines.  After finishing I didn't know what to do really.  So I just created a new setting for them to be presented in. 

I still have the vast majority of my collections of the past.  My pride in joy is the entire US released Kenner line of Aliens toys which is so massive a collection that I'm saddened that I must keep it in storage due to there being no room in my current domicile.  I have not let go of my collecting nature.  Now I mainly focus in statues and deluxe figures often with primarily sticking with video games, comic books, and anime productions. 

Now I may not have Kung Fu grip or action missiles, but I um have a lot of little plastic men and women at my disposal?  Wow, that one kinda got away from me.  Where was I?  Oh yeah, I LIKE TOYS HOLY CRAP!
