If Brad Had A Hammer....

I say thee… huh, okay. 

While no official offer has yet been made to the star, Marvel's film division is quite vocally tossing around an interesting casting idea:

Brad Pitt to play the hammer-wielding Norse god, Thor. 

If nothing else, this is an infinitely better approach than casting whatever professional wrestler is physically huge enough to look the part.  Iron Man seems to have driven the point home that acting skills are an important factor when casting your comic book characters.
