New 'Surrogates' Footage

THE SURROGATES is based off a five-issue limited series published by Top Shelf in 2005. It was followed in 2009 by a prequel graphic novel, The Surrogates: Flesh and Bone. Now they’ve adapted it to film, and we’ve got less than a month till this latest Bruce Willis Sci-Fi-Action flick hits theaters.

Myself, I love Bruce Willis. I will be there opening night and I figure to like the movie. But we don’t have to wait till September 25th to get a peak at just what was in the trailer we all saw back in May. But for once it actually makes sense that MTV should break a story. Breaking Benjamin’s new music video features footage from the movie, and within said video there live -POSSIBLE SPOILERS- dun dun duh!!!

Any who, here it is…

In addition to the video MTV also posted some pictures which can be seen below…

Now I didn’t read the comics, so I’ll have to take my best guess as to what’s happening in each of these pictures. Bear with me. In this one it appears that John McClane is taking a yearly Police Eye Exam. Ok, that was easy enough.

In this one we see that one Bond girl from the last of the Brosnan pics after an apparent accident at the dentist’s office. That gas can be dangerous.

In this one here…wait. My bad, I’m not sure how this one slipped in here.

Ok, this is a simple one. It’s Nicole Kidman, backstage before her makeup session. Though I’m not sure what she was doing there since she isn’t in the movie. Must’ve been visiting set that day?

And then finally we see what I assume is McClane’s surrogate and partner. The partner is of course the mom from SILENT HILL and MAN ON FIRE in the midst of a career change, as she has proven to be an unsuitable Mother.

So there you have it. Am I the only one excited for this movie or what? Sound off gang.
