New 'Surrogates' Trailer!

A new Surrogates trailer is out!  Make of it what you will!  Personally, it looks to be a decent thriller with Asimovian flair.  I could be wrong though, I thought I, Robot looked cool – but then I watched it.  It’s being released on September 25^th – so I assume reviews will start trickling out soon.

Surrogates is based on the graphic novel by Robert Venditti and follows the story of Bruce
Willis playing Detective Robot Bruce Willis.  Robot Bruce Willis tries to solve the first murder in forever and hijinks ensue.  See, the world is a safer place these days because everyone lives vicariously through these robots.  BUT – it seems not all is all sunshine and roses – someone wants people to return to the old way of living, and isn’t afraid to kill to do so.

Enter Detective Robot Bruce Willis who looks young and plasticy and has silky blonde hair that flaps oh-so-nicely in the wind.  But Detective Robot Bruce Willis is unable to solve the case, so Real Bruce Willis realizes if he wants to figure things out – he’s going to have to venture out into the Robot World and kick some ass, John McClane style.

Will he succeed?
