Snoop Dogg Gets Watchmen Question on “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire”

Regis, Regis, Regis. Just when I think I’m out, you pull me back in. That’s right, Regis Philbin is back on Millionaire for a limited time, and one of the new features of the show is the celebrity question. Random celebrities get one question to prove their smarts, with proceeds going to charity. Well, in this clip, Snoop Dogg saunters in and sits himself in the hot seat. Now to our surprise, he gets hit with a Watchmen question.

Here’s where it gets hilarious. Snoop Dogg says he saw the movie, but he fell asleep during it! Oh man, if that doesn’t describe “Watchmen” to you I don’t know what does. So even though the question gives you the answer (as long as you know what the ink blots are called) Snoop proceeds to ask the audience. Apparently 90% of the audience weren’t asleep, and we get D) Rorschach, your final answer!

Now I love seeing comics featured in current pop culture and brought to the masses, but not to illustrate what a disappointment the movie was to comic fans around the world. Oh, well, at least 90% of the audience got it right, that speaks to the expanded consciousness of society. Oh wait, it doesn’t because they are on “Who Wants To be A Millionaire”. My bad.  Way to go Snoop-a-Loop.
