Surrogates Trailer Online

Yet another comic book adaptation is hitting theaters in the near future. This time it’s Surrogates, based off of the five-issue comic book series of the same name. Written by Robert Venditti, The Surrogates takes place in 2054, a time when android substitutes are widely available, allowing users to “interact with the world without ever leaving their homes.”

The movie version focuses on FBI agents (Bruce Willis and Radha Mitchell) trying to stop a murderous techno-terrorist who appears bent on ending the surrogate system, forcing people to actually live their lives rather than just watching them happen via the android counterpart.

The movie is slated for release September 25, so there’s a bit of a wait, but for now you can at least watch the HD trailer below.
