Thor’s Warriors Three

So rumors are swirling around the casting of the Warriors Three. Variety reported this morning that the search was over, but has since removed the story. It’s unclear as to why the story was taken down, but if it turns out to be true, this is how you cast will look.

Hogun the Grim - Tadanobu Asano

Not gonna lie, only thing on Mr. Asano’s resume I’ve seen is ICHI THE KILLER which was badass. He seems to look the part so I have no issue there. I hope this turns out to be true.

Fandral the Dashing - Stuart Townsend

So between QUEEN OF THE DAMNED and THE LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENTLEMEN, most of us know who Stuart Townsend is, and that most of his movies suck. I’m not much of a Townsend fan, he kinda seems like a little bitch, so we’ll have to wait and see how this one works out. Though I
suppose he is dashing.

Volstagg the Valiant - Ray Stevenson

Ok, so Ray Stevenson is the Punisher, but Marvel apparently is going back to the well here. WAR ZONE wasn’t great, but I thought he made an awesome Frank Castle. I also really liked him in ROME as Titus Pullo. I know this isn’t who people were expecting, but I’m sure with a giant beard, a pillow in his shirt, and some creative camera angles he can pull this off.
