Tobey Maguire has it made

Tobey gets to have his cake and eat it too. Maguire signed up for Spider-Man 4 and 5, but one of his conditions was that he get family time with his 22 month old daughter, Ruby Sweetheart. The films will be shot back-to-back and typically he would have been expected to work for six month with very little family time. Despite his record $50 million dollar deal with Sony, which includes salary and profit shares and will beat out Keanu Reeves' earning from Matrix 2 and 3, Maguire insisted on seeing his daughter every day. Amy Pascal, chairman of Sony and herself a mother, understood his concern that six months without family time would not be fair on any parent.

Within the next few days, Sony is expected to reveal whether Kirsten Dunst will be returning for next two films.
